RPS Academies Online Booking Terms and Conditions
Welcome to RPS Academies. Our goal is to provide a seamless and transparent booking experience for our training programs and services. Please review our online booking terms and conditions before making any online booking.
1. Booking Process
Online Booking: All bookings for our training programs and services can be made through our website or by calling our reservation department. Phone number 772-324-0620
Confirmation: Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your booking, including the dates, times, and any other pertinent information.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
– Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
– PayPal
3. Pricing
Program Fees: All prices listed on our website are in USD (United States Dollars) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices include the cost of the program and/or service but do not include applicable taxes or additional products or services.
Taxes and Fees: Applicable taxes and any additional service fees will be added to your total during the checkout process and will be available for your review prior to finalizing your booking.
Currency: All payments are to be made in USD. If you are using an international payment method, you will be responsible for any currency conversion or exchange fees or additional charges.
4. Payment Policy A non-refundable enrollment deposit (“Enrollment Deposit”) equal to 30% of the full program fee is required at the time of booking. A space in the program will not be reserved until the Enrollment Deposit is received. The remainder of the program fee must be received at least 7 days before arrival. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel 6 calendar days or less prior to the scheduled date of your arrival or do not give us any notice (a “no-show”), you will not receive any refund for any charges or fees. If you cancel 14 calendar days or less, but at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled date of your arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the Enrollment Deposit (which is non-refundable in all events). If you cancel more than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled date of your arrival you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid other than the Enrollment Deposit (which is non-refundable in all events).
6. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling by Customer:
If you need to reschedule your program, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date. If you notify us of your need to reschedule less than 14 days before the start date of your program, you will be charged a $25USD rescheduling fee; if you notify us of your need to reschedule 14 days or more before the start date of your program, you will not be charged any rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling by RPS Academies:** If we need to reschedule a program, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date or provide a full refund.
7. No-Show Policy
See “Cancellation and Refund Policy” above. “No shows” will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
8. Health and Safety
You must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by RPS Academies. If you fail to comply, you may be dismissed from the program without a refund, credit or other compensation.
Any behavior or other action or omission by any of your family members that violates these terms and conditions or assists others in doing so or participating in any prohibited activities shall be grounds to immediately expel you from the program without any refund, credit or other consideration.
9. Publicity
By participating in RPS Academies programs, you agree to allow RPS Sports Academy to film, photograph and/or record you, with any retouching or alteration without restriction, and allow RPS Academies to use throughout the world in perpetuity your name, city of residence, comments, voice, photo, likeness and/or demographic information free of charge in any manner and for any purpose (including commercial purposes and sublicensing) in any media now known or hereafter developed, and you waive your moral rights therein. If you do not wish to be included in such media, please notify us in writing prior to the start of the program.
10. Non-Disparagement.
You will not directly or indirectly interfere in any manner with the operations or management of or disparage RPS Academies, its products or services, or any of its affiliates, sponsors or business partners in any way, orally or in writing. “Disparage” for purposes of this section shall mean publication made without privilege of a matter that is untrue or induces others not to do business with or associate with or may adversely affects the reputation or goodwill of RPS Academies and/or its affiliates, sponsors or business partners. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein precludes you from providing truthful information to courts and/or governmental agencies, in connection with administrative and judicial proceedings, and/or in response to lawful process. Additionally, nothing herein precludes you from disclosing claims of unlawful discrimination and harassment, including sexual assault, and/or from discussing the underlying facts and circumstances of such claims.

12. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
RPS Academies reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately or as otherwise indicated.
